Mark Bonchek, PhD is the CEO and Founder of SHIFT Academy. He received Harvard University’s first doctorate on the topic of social media in 1997. His personal shift is from information to transformation.

Lisa Henderson is Editorial Director, developing and executing the vision for the Academy's thought-leadership experiences. Lisa is a skilled author and marketing strategist. Her personal shift is from emptying nest to new possibilities.

Wiebke Liu is SHIFT Academy's Ecosystem Accelerator, cultivating relationships with current and potential clients and partners. A Fortune 500 executive, McKinsey-trained strategist, speaker, and entrepreneur, her personal shift is from education to inspiration.

Laura Wallace is the Academy's  Implementation Virtuoso, seamlessly moving from project and product management to writer, video producer, email marketer, and more. She gets things done. Her personal shift is from planning to experimentation.
